Australian accent wanting to ask a few questions about policing and safety in my area. Asked to speak to adult with the next birthday. When I mentioned that was strange question, she said it was a randomiser. I said that the person that qualified was unavailable, but I was happy to do it, she said that was outside the brief, thanked me for my time and hung up. A quick search showed that it was the Social Research Centre, which is part of the ANU.
