I received a call from this number saying that someone is using my network and I needed to follow their instructions. The person just insisted on me following her instructions and after I told her I would contact the IT department (the computer that I'm using is not my personal computer per se) she just hung up on me.

This number is continually calling my number and I have tried to block them without success
I didn't answer the call as the number was unknown to me and my phone indicated that it was potential spam. The call went to message bank and the caller thinking I had answered said my full name. I am very uncomfortable with a total stranger addressing me by name on an unsolicited call.
