The woman stated Bank of America but the call was very muffled. She started she was calling about my car, however, the loan is paid off and closed, so I told her I didn't feel comfortable providing personal details (asked my full name and address). She said I could call them back but did not provide a phone number. She refused to say why she was calling without me providing my details. The call could've been BofA, but it didn't seem professional enough.
