This number was part of a dating APP scam that happened to me just recently. It starts with a fake police officer from a local precinct calling you stating that the person you have been talking to is 15 and that his Father wants to talk to you about the incident. He then says that the father will call you back in a few. The supposed father calls back angry and goes on a rant about their kid being only 15 and that the kid and mother wrestled over the phone, created all sorts of damage, had a seizer, mom had a break down. The father stats there has been over 3800 dollars' worth of damage and requests you pay half. They used this number.

These is definitely a scam. there just wasn't an option to list it as financial scamming. Sent me a text from an NYC number with this number in it with instructions to call them due to someone trying to access my brokerage account. This number doesn't belong to my brokerage.
