Renovations and Residential Services with Josephine Mendiola. Both are THIEVES, Liars & Betrayers. Gil Graham has had over 28 criminal charges brought against him for theft, lying to Authorities, passing bad checks, destroying others property, domestic abuse, assault with a gun, (8) criminal evictions, breaking and entering and multiple non-compliance with state Auto Insurance laws, for non-payment of a Trolley Car repair expenses, and for multiple DWI and traffic violations. He and Josephine are also known phone, email and phone Harassers of his victims. He has been sued twice in the last 2 years. He was sued and convicted in Sarasota, FL 2017-18 by Cindy Rassmussen v Gil Graham for over $2,000. Gil Graham has never paid Ms. Rasmussen the $2,225 that the court demanded he re-pay her. In addition, he has never re-paid any of the 8 property owners that sued him for non-payment while living in their houses or apartments.
