Known as Gil Graham, Gilbert is from Columbus, OH and is living in Sarasota, FL 34231 at #200 Apt. 5755 Granada Dr.. This handyman is the owner of G.I.G. Renovations and Residential Services with Josephine Mendiola. Both are THIEVES, Liars & Betrayers. Gil Graham has had over 28 criminal charges brought against him for theft, lying to Authorities, passing bad checks, destroying others property, domestic abuse, assault with a gun, (8) criminal evictions, breaking and entering and multiple non-compliance with state Auto Insurance laws, for non-payment of a Trolley Car repair expenses, and for multiple DWI and traffic violations. He and Josephine are also known phone, email and phone Harassers of his victims. He has been sued twice in the last 2 years. He was sued and convicted in Sarasota, FL 2017-18 by Cindy Rassmussen v Gil Graham for over $2,000. Gil Graham has never paid Ms. Rasmussen the $2,225 that the court demanded he re-pay her. In addition, he has never re-paid any of the 8 property owners that sued him for non-payment while living in their houses or apartments. Gil Graham can be easily identified by his big fake joker smile and his constant talking about himself. He is the epitome of a Narcissist. Beware - don’t believe Anything he tells you! He is a liar and a thief and will only befriend you so he can calculate how he will steal from you. Never give him any money before the job is done! He is known by several people to have run off with tens of thousands of their dollars. He moves around a lot to avoid capture and punishment. Gil Graham is multiple people’s worse nightmare and he thinks he is ent*tled to any thing of their that he wants. He brazenly walked into a friend’s house and stole $500 in property while stealing $14,500 in cash. Gil Graham is a CRIMINAL & BAD NEWS!
