This person is a fraud. He posts fully furnished properties on rent on online portal and when you call to enquire he says he's out of town and can courier you the keys of the property and for that you shall have to pay him a minimum amount of 40 to 50 rupees as courier charges which shall be deducted from the rent. And he sends his UPI scan code to transfer money but he scams people and hacks the account details and robs off your whole money. Kindly beware.
