Unknown Scam suspicion

Said they were from openreach and because of illegal activity on my internet they were going to disconnect it in the next 24 hours. Had an Indian accent and when i queried where they were calling from said London but this is not a London area code. Said that my internet was being accessed by Nigeria. When I told them I thought they were scamming they put the phone down

Unknown Survey

Asked about date of birth which made me feel a bit uncomfortable but sounds like a legitimate survey from Tower Hamlets Homes.
