He will requested OTP number from you, saying that this is a procedure so he can transfer the cash into your bigpay account. then he will reset your pa**code by asking you your registered postcode number, with 4-digit ending of the card you used to topup. then he will say that this he will need the OTP from your bank/credit card, and it'll not reflected in your bank. this is just a normal procedure. Please directly close his phone, because he will non-stoppable talk and send you his IC, saying you can report to police if you found he has cheated you. Don't believe that, as Malaysian police won't do anything for money scamming, even Bank and BigPay cannot reverse the money you have transferred to them. Our police has no capability to catch those people who make scam call even the phone number is provided. Be Alert of them.
