It is a clear fraud, a girl on phone claim to be a Punjab Bank employee and ask you for information, It is a ATM card scam, it seems that they have contact with Punjab Bank staff, they have information that when your ATM card is going to expire and they call on last day of expiration to renew the card, earlier they also call from another landline number of Lahore for insurance from Jazz, they also known about amount of cash in your account so beware.
