The accent/rasp was so bad I couldnt really make out what they were saying. I thought they said something like they got covid, but now that I think about it they might have been trying to say cafe, like another commenter mentioned

Called several times but I just so happened to miss them. When I try to return the call, it couldn't get through. Then I finally managed to pick up one last call - similarly the lady on the other end claimed to be calling regarding CareShield Life from the government and explained that SG citizens within a certain age group would be protected and given $600 every month. And she hung up on me when I asked her what she want from me. LOL

A woman called several time claiming to be calling regarding to “CareShield from the government”. When I repeatedly asked which organisation is she calling from, she hung up my call immediately. Definitely a scam even though the number comes without +65 at the front. Please be aware not to fall for this scam.
