Pretending to be BT( they are not ). They also said that my bt line bhai and tv are going to be cut off if I do not press opt1 or opt 2 to carry on with the disconnection. They try and get your bank details people do not give it to them . Also they have another number which I reversed looked up and they said it's bt this is the number 01733119701 becarefull of them
