A gentlemen said he was calling from the care community magazine. This is the same magazine that a Sarah Parker called from telling me that I had reservered advertising, that it had gone to print with a half page advert and that I now owed them money even thought had had not agreed to the advert or proof read anything and that they would inform a debt collection agency to collect the funds if I refused to pay the advert over the phone.
