they called stating that I had problems with my internet as the call went on they started asking about driving licence and pa**port then bank details and my account balance, also requested that I down loaded team view and anydesk to gain access to my phone when they ask for my balance I told them that I was overdrawn and they hung up
These people have rang me today more than once on different nos saying problem with my router and were from BT - have only just had a new router installed
