keep getting this recorded message about replacement windows. I find this so frustrating as the number does not accept incoming calls so I cannot stop them. If I wanted new windows I would contact a window company not a recording.

Reporting that the Internet was being closed down in 24 hours - but seemed to think I'm with BT (I'm not). Clearly a similar scam to what others are reporting
A lady phoned.she told me she was from BT open Reach and that I needed to go to my computer and give her remote access as my internet had been compromised. I told her no and that I would phone BT Open Reach from my mobile phone to verify what she was saying. She then threatened to cut my internet off with immediate effect. I told her to go ahead and put the phone down on her.

I hope BT, or whoever this phone line belongs to , reads these messages and then will trace, disconnect and PROSECUTE these people.
