Told me they were calling from Natwest, asking if my mortgage was due for renewal shortly. Then offered me a financial health check. I mentioned that the mortgage was a joint mortgage and questioned whether they would be contacted and they said that we would be talking about all things financial on the call and that my partner would be contacted on a separate occasion. They booked me in for an appointment at 1pm Friday and said it would be a video call. Then sent me an email confirming the appointment from a suspicious email address which encourages you to click on a link to a video and then a further link to enter the appointment.
