says they are bt and you will be disconnected I think its a scam
the recorded message says its BT and you will be cut off. the message sounds genuine but its a SCAM!!!! Informed BT and they will try to trace the number but believe its a masked UK number coming from abroad. They use other numbers too, so hang up as soon as the message says its BT and you will be cut off.
Had a call from lotto direct telling me I had entered for an iPhone x or 10 grand.

Was called by a debt collection agency. They called me initially and then broke the connection. I had to call them back as it was logged as a missed call. No message was left for me. I received a service charge bill on my phone of over £24 and an access charge of over £5. The company was called Arvato This is not acceptable
