Cancelled BT BB & BT Mobile yesterday, got this call today βto discuss things with meβ. Told me he was sending me a text and asked me to read the number out to him - didnβt tell me why (obviously not very well trained). At this point I kept asking why specifically he was calling me. He just repeated, βto discuss things with meβ. I said I am leaving BT, so why are you calling? At this point he became flustered and tried to end the call. I asked again - he put the phone down on me! Clearly NOT BT!
