it was a reported call from a so called BT technical department and the phone number he gave me verbally was not the same as the number I found when I called 1471 to see who it was. I believe it was not an honest phone call and the caller was trying to elicit some information on the pretext my computer was running at a slow speed. It has happened before and they try to access ones computer asking me to log in to google. I gave them nothing.
