Called from a NO CALLER ID number. My a**istant answered and told her they needed to serve me papers and to sign for them. I asked for the company name they said: City Serve and claimed they were in Phoenix, also where they were needing to serve me. I have NEVER had an address in Phoenix or the surrounding areas. I have never lived within 150 miles of there. 855-858-7950

This number has called my 12 year old several times. They say she owes taxes and that if she doesn't call them back an arrest warrant will be issued. They claim to be Revenue Canada (CRA) and even say that when you call them back. I did and I yelled at them - they all have East Indian accents.
