Someone from this number is trying to obtain my Medicare information. A fraudulent appointment was scheduled for surgery in my name. Attempts to reach KS SPINE and SPECIALTY failed when I relied to this number. I finally reached KS SPINE and SPECIALTY TODAY when they reached out for my information. I live in Arizona and did not schedule surgery in KS. Whoever is calling me is scamming me or KS Spine.
Said they had legal paperwork to deliver to my husband. Said they had been here twice. Both days we were home all day
