Typical BS stating they have 4 outstanding charges against me for tax issues and if i didn't call back in two hours (this was 10 hours ago that they left the message) then a warrant would be issued and I would be arrested. Complete and total BS. I owe the government nothing and, even if I did, the CRA doesn't leave threatening messages like this!
