It was an automated message that said I had four accounts against my name. They requested that I call them back to resolve the issue. The messenger started talking before the voicemail picked up so half of the message was missed.

Rings three times and then hangs up! There is never anyone on the call.
They called and I answered it. The call was 5 seconds long and there was no speaking involved ,it was just silent after they hanged up .
