Several social harra**ment calls.

Received a call from this #, and was unsure why the caller ID did not match the person I was speaking to. After my call with Joel, which works in Operations for Concentra Medical, I realized he was an account manager, not to mention a HUGE help in updating our business account with them. He did apologize for the caller ID issue, and explained the company has not changed this. I also reach out to there billing office, and confirmed he works there. I do not give personal information to anyone unless I know the facts first. This guy is genuine. Just doing his job, and handled the call very well I might add.

I recently had to speak with a representative from the Winchester office and she made the call very easy by being so pleasant and she had a warm personality! So much better than talking to an automated voice!

Great administration

I wanted to make an appointment to review my benefits and when and if I should switch from my husband’s benefit to mine. I called the number and listened to a VERY LONG introductory message. When I finally got to the main menu and asked for an appointment, I was immediately told that nobody was available to answer my call. I was told the busiest times were early in the week and early in the month.

I came here the other day because after two months, I still haven't received my newborns social security card. Well I guess they (the social security office) have gotten better over time becaise it used to be a really long wait and if you didn't arrive before the place opened then you'd be there practically all day! Well we got there this time at 10:00. The security gentleman opened the door for us and greeted us. He then asked what we were needing done and I told him. Then he told us to go to window 4. That quick! We didn't have to grab a number or anything! The lady at window 4 was extremely nice and helpful! We had to get a paper from his doctor in order to get what we needed she said. So she told us somewhere to go that was local to get it done and she told us what time she would be there until so that we could come right back to her and she would get it all taken care of. Nice people and quick service!

I went in this morning with a specific problem, and Mr. Rodriguez at the Social Security Office was amazing! He took care of my problem, was very supportive and helpful - I couldn't have asked for a better experience - what a great employee!

I feel as a Senior that the policy is so old that we have not thought any more of ourselves as human being as to have people 60 years old and older to stand outside like we are in a recession ,most of these people have worked not like the under 25 that have nothing in the system and standing line is a norm so come on people lets care about one another only we can make the change for us. it is another way. I needed to change my last name and decided to mail my application in. From start to finish it took 14 business days since the day they received my package for my new card and documents to be returned to me. I was worried that they would lose my original documents in the process (it is unfounded but anything can happen and I just didn’t want to think about filing for replacements). Luckily for me, everything turned out fine.

Called with a recorded message, like a to go call. Called back, really from job service, asked if I was interested in drive 4.cash? Seen earlier, after looking up number. A SScam? Why don't people say why they are calling tater beating around the bush. Or is this to take What I have. The winner mobile? Drive for.cash. ? Uber?? Come on. Google block this number. Sounded disappointed.I wasn't interested? Why not just say more. Or my name.

Left message on answering machine, stating my name, stating that a claim has been received today filed against me, stated a claim number regarding my case, and requested verification of my address and employer and instructed me to call them back and give claim number ... their closing words in amplified volume was “(my name), you have been notified!!!”
