Two automated voices at first, saying direct debit card a charge of £800 from the USA has been deducted...press 1, so I did and get put through to someone. they gave no name but the voice of an Indian chap. Saying I had made payments to a gambling site. Never have I ever gambled, started to ask other questions, and then I said you haven't even asked me my name. He then proceeded to give Mrs and then son's first name and said my surname incorrectly.... i called him out and said this is all false and he said have a good day and put the phone down.
